Babies (Ages 6 - 24 months, private or group)

Baby swim lessons offer numerous important benefits, including safety, physical and cognitive development, socialization, bonding, confidence, and improved sleep. We will incorporate fun songs while teaching essential swimming skills. I am open to having multiple students in the pool at once. If you and a friend are interested in taking lessons together, please reach out for more details.

Beginners (Ages 2 & up, private only)
Lessons for children of this age will vary depending on their experience in the water. I always start by making sure they feel comfortable in the water before progressing. After that, they will learn water safety exercises, jumping, kicking and paddling independently, floating, breathing techniques, and more.

Advanced (private or group)
Advanced lessons cater to swimmers seeking stroke improvement, timing, flip turns, dives, and preparation for swim team and junior lifeguard training.

​Adults (private or group)
I focus on ensuring that adults are comfortable in the water before progressing. Once that's established, we work on strokes, treading, floating, and more.
